A Day in Lancaster County

One of the best places we visited on vacation, for me anyway!! Lancaster County!

Beautiful farmland...

Amish buggies and barns

Hard at work from dawn 'til dusk...

The farmer's wife is out in the fields too..

 An evening stroll...

Happy Friday!

  19. ...Christine, you have found one of America's gems, one of the few places where life goes on at a slower pace. I was in Amish country last Saturday and it helped to recharge my batteries. As always, thanks for sharing these vacation memories. I hope that you can do it again.

  21. It must be incredible to go back in time to the Amish country. We certainly can learn a lot from these folks. Our life is so hurried and we are always running around doing what? Glad to see you had such a great time on your vacation.
